Meet The Founder
Dr. Tanquer "Tee" Dyer is the Founder and CEO of TEE Consulting, where the mission is to effectuate transformation by equipping and empowering others to discover the keys of resiliency in order to move forward and be better prepared to overcome challenges. The "TEE" is to Teach, Equip, and Empower individuals, organizations, and leaders with resilient life-changing tools to reach their full potential personally or professionally.
Dr. Tee has a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership, an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a B.A. in Human Development Education. She is an ordained minister, a certified Life Coach, and a certified Master Resiliency Trainer, in which she provides Resiliency Training to the Airmen of MacDill Air Force Base.
Dr. Tee is the proud mother of her one and only daughter, whom she affectionately calls, “SweetPea.” As a prior Air Force officer, Dr. Tee
served her country in multiple leadership positions to include: Chief, Relocations and Employment; Military Equal Opportunity; and Section Commander of the 820th Security Forces Group where she directed staff in maintaining high demand readiness in order to perform short notice President of the United States (POTUS) missions in support of Exercise EASTERN FALCON/EAGER TIGER. She understands all too well the demands and challenges the military can have on families. She has a special passion for military members and their families.
Dr. Tee is a mother, veteran, author, minister, life coach, and transformational speaker. She has ministered and spoke on platforms all over the world including Japan, Germany, and Italy. She believes in living a purpose-filled life and everyday her affirmation is, “I will walk in my purpose today, for this day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it."
Through molestation, sexual assault, and a divorce after 21-years of marriage, she is a beacon of light, hope, and resilience. She is an avid believer that true resilience starts from within and one must be willing to have a MindShift. Her motto is “To transform your mind is to transform your destiny.” Her faith and determination is what gives her the fortitude to live out her purpose to Teach, Equip, and Empower others on how to live life to the fullest through the keys of resilience.
